You should go to Digital Gujrat website / e-Seva Portal or learn how to apply for income certificate online.

Apply for Income Certificate Online

Go to Digital Gujrat portal Click on “Apply for Income certificate online”.

You may ask to register on the portal. Create username and password and log into the system.

In the application form, you need to provide following information

Personal details / Demographics

Address and contact details

Income certificate is required for claiming scholarship and also for admission in educational institutions and hostels.

Document required for obtaining Income Certificate

  1. Application Form
  2. Copy of Ration Card / Copy of Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
  3. Applicant’s Income report verified by Patwari / MC
  4. Self-declaration certificate
  5. One copy of school certificate
  6. One copy of salary slip (in case of Govt. Employee)

  • This Service is available in Gujarati Only.
  • You will be required to click on “Apply Online” button for filing the form online or “Download Form” button for filling the form offline.
  • Applicant should ready with service-specific information like Occupational Details, Family details, other than basic applicant details before moving to submitting the application online.
  • All fields marked with *(star) are mandatory fields in Online Application.
  • As per the language selection, English or Gujarati respective language keyboard should be used for filling an application form.

  • True Copy of Electricity Bill.
  • True Copy of Telephone Bill.
  • True Copy of Election Card.
  • True Copy of Passport
  • Self Attested Copy of Aadhar Card
  • First Page Of Bank PassBook/Cancelled Cheque
  • Guarantee letter

 

Identity Proof Attachment (Any One)

  • Identity Card
  • True Copy of Election Card.
  • True Copy Income Tax PAN Card.
  • True Copy of Passport
  • FORM-III for Application For previous sanctions for transfer of immovable property Under clause(1) of
  • subsection (3) of section 5
  • Self Attested Copy of Aadhar Card
  • BPL Letter ( with details of BPL No, index and Coefficient)
  • Certified letter of building assessment details ( duly signed by Talati )

 

Income Proof (Any One)

  • Employer Certificate (if employed with Govt, Semi Govt or any Govt Undertaking)
  • If salaried (Form: 16-A and ITR for last 3 years)
  • If in business (ITR of Business for last 3 years and Balance Sheet of Business)
  • Declaration before Talati (Service Related)
  • Proof Needed In Service Attachment
  • True Copy of Telephone Bill.
  • True Copy of Electricity Bill.
  • Ration Card
  • Affidavit
